Inna V. Ovchinnikova, a citizen of the Russian Federation. She graduated the department of General Medicine of Tyumen State Medical Academy in 1997.

During the period of 1997-1998 Inna V. Ovchinnikova studied as an intern majoring in “psychology-narcology” at the department of Psychiatry, Narcology and Psychotherapy of the Advanced Training and Professional Development under the guidance of Doctor of Med. Sc., Professor Umansky S.M.

In 1997 Inna V. Ovchinnikova entered Tyumen State University to get her second higher education in “teaching and psychology”.

From 1997 to 2009 Inna V. Ovchinnikova worked as a teaching assistant of the department of Medical Psychology and Psychotherapy with a course of general psychology and pedagogy under the supervision of Doctor of Medicine, Professor B.Y. Prilensky

In 2001 Inna V. Ovchinnikova entered extramural postgraduate education majoring in “psychiatry”, with the title of the dissertation “Clinical rehabilitative aspect of the borderline state of women from dysfunctional (addictive) families”; in 2010 Inna V. Ovchinnikova successfully defended her dissertation under the guidance of Doctor of Med. Sc., Professor B.Y. Prilensky in the Mental Health Research Centre department, Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences in Tomsk.

Since 2001 Inna V. Ovchinnikova has been working as a doctor psychotherapist in the practical healthcare service in Tyumen. During this period, she has gained experience and practice with various patient populations in the field of psychotherapy.

Since 2009 Inna V. Ovchinnikova has been working in the “Scientific and research centre of family psychology and developmental psychology – Kardeya”. As a person, Inna V. Ovchinnikova is calm, easy-going and highly respected by her colleagues.

Since September 1, 2012 Inna V. Ovchinnikova has been associate professor of the department of Psychiatry, Narchology and Psychotherapy of the Advanced Training and Professional Development at Tyumen State Medical Academy. Inna V. Ovchinnikova is devoted to practical work, implementing rehabilitation programs in the practical healthcare of Tyumen Region.

Since 2010 Inna V. Ovchinnikova has been member of Tyumen Regional Association of Psychiatrists, Narcologists and Psychotherapists.
