Denis Vladimirovich Kultyshev, Chairman of the Association 

Denis V. Kultyshev is Chairman of Tyumen Regional Association of Psychiatrists, Narcologists and Psychotherapists. He is head of the department of Psychiatry, Candidate of Med.l Sc., Associate Professor of the department of Advanced Training and Professional Development at Tyumen State Medical Academy (TSMA). Kultyshev D.V. is a Board Certified doctor in psychiatry of Tyumen region state-financed health institution Regional Clinical Mental Hospital. On March 23, 2013 at the congress of Tyumen regional department of the Russian Society of Psychiatrists, Denis V. Kultyshev was elected Chairman by the majority vote. On March 25, 2013 N.G. Neznanov, chief expert in psychiatry of Federal Service on Surveillance in Healthcare of Russian Federation, director of FSBI “St. Petersburg Bekhterev Psychoneurological Research Institute”,  assigned this position D.V. to Kultyshev.

Olga V. Molina is the secretary of Tyumen Regional Association of psychiatrists, narcologists and psychotherapists. Olga V. Molina is Deputy Chief Doctor of the clinical outpatient department of Tyumen regional state-financed health institution “Regional clinical mental hospital”. Olga V. Molina is a Board Certified doctor in psychiatry. On March 23, 2013 at the congress of Tyumen regional department of the Russian Society of Psychiatrists, Olga V. Molina was elected a secretary by the majority vote.
